Tell that to those who hold AQI. I didn't buy in when it was around $3 or less because it was moving up on low volume. It's over $7 now. Rules are guidlines, indicators... and the truth is often specific to the pecululiarities of a stock. You can't trade everything according to a formula, you have to consider the details of what is going on.
