Why isn't our share price going up....didn't we just complete a PP @ $3.50 per share

Let's see....we gave up 3,358,576 shares of NOT for proceeds of $11,755,018 (assuming we get $1.00 for each of our FWR shares; or we could sell now on the open market for .96 in which case we would have only recieved $3.36/share).
