I think this would have to depend on the percentage NOT reports back on Monday. If we succeed I am sure the shorts will dissappear.

My concern is a legal battle dealing with "Defamation of Character". I am assuming that NOT's legal council have already advised them that Cliff does not have a leg to stand on. However, if this happens, our SP will go south even further. I would say give FWR/Cliffs a letter of appology, it costs nothing compared to how much it will cost us later.
