I can only see the fact that FWR has had news that several funds have publicly stated that they now own X number of shares and that FWR used to have 90% retail, Noront used to have 30% institutions and state that they have 59% institutions. They got them from retail and PPs. Why do you say that retail didn't sell them. The shares have gone to institutional buyers by their own statements.
