Some of you may have noticed this post on another board FWIW:

It's divide and conquer. Retail is a strong force when it has the opportunity to vote. You no longer have the right to oppose the $1 by consensus, only singularly. $1 is Cliffs price now, unless a new 3rd party shows up (or Noront re-offers, which they won't).

Now they can pick you off one by one till 66%, and dilute the rest that will never agree, ARU style. And just like ARU, the BOD agreed to it.

Now - you're on your own.

Throughout this whole tawdry affair, it was the things that were removed each time from the deal, rather than the pennies that were added that told you about the players and their intentions.
