NOT really does have a BIG backer. The initial manuever may not work(we still dont know this yet) but maybe just maybe the backer says make a cash offer. Lets call it 1.25. We get to see that NOT HAS BIG backer and we up the stakes. Cliffs see's who the backer is and bows out. Then to pay back the backer we issue shares to them. A little math.

240m shares * 1.25 = 300,000,000.00

We pay back the backer with 100,000,000 shares at $3.00.

Is something like this even possible. Just thinking out loud... Sorry if it stupid. Just wasting some time before going home from work.. :) TTY
