That very statement is repeated every 5 posts on FWR board of discussion.

"...including an unfounded statement that Freewest "instituted a timetable that frustrates competing Offers"

Unfounded? It may be a misprint... Closing the registration date on December 10 is very near to cause a frustration outbreak to the only competing offerer ...!

Very US-way of reacting after a weakening punch on the nose! (no harm to my american friends - canadians have also their weird ways to react at times...)
