Maybe you need to chill out and relax! SP going up or going down affects us all and the emotions either way are the same for each of with a variance on how much you have at stake.

I don't like it either but choose to see it through and as Misfit graciously put it this what investing in a junior is all about (loads of speculation and volatility).
