Easy - they trade on the New York and Paris stock exchanges. The same type of exchanges that allowed the Enron, WorldCom, and Bear Stearns fiascos.

I would rather see the Canadian exchange err on the side of caution than threaten the pensions and livelihoods of millions of people, as happened with the three mentioned above.

Still should not have required a halt. I don't mind though as a HALT of any kind brings attention so maybe now we will attract some more investors.
