Any lawyer will be able to find a 'mistake' in any paperwork, if it is of good use in the fight. Courtrooms are full of issues about alleged 'mistakes' in contracts. Pointing the alleged 'mistake' is not so important as the filing the case into the process. Attorenys call that between them "spilling molass on the playing board" And it works! BB.
