Cliffs sweetens offer

to $1.00. And here I thought they said their last offer was better than NOT's! Anyway, apparently, they only have a bit over 10% of the FWR shares agreeing to side with them so far, so a little more persuasion was seen as necessary!

This NOT is really a thorn in Cliffs and the FWR Board's paw! At least NOT can get a little more money for the shares tendered to it so far, assuming Cliffs is the ultimate winner. My wild guess is NOT may have 15%-20% tendered to it so far.
