given that their deadline has practical limitations with various tendering situations. I imagine that larger entities can tender up to the last while it would appear that retail had greater time restrictions. NRs to this point are still pretty tame. Nothing earth shattering. My guess is that they already know the result and feel no need to reveal trump cards. We'll see.
