Actually that scenario is great for NOT. First, the dilution is minimal compared to the original 66 2/3%. Something like 60M shares instead of 150M shares. Big plus there.

We still control 25% of not only the company but the ore, big bonus there again.

We can exert our shares to force a management change that will be pro Noront-great again.

Noront not likely to care about FWR shareprice...as long as they are in control of the deposit. So, big decisions for FWR shareholders still. Those that are really anti Noront but also anti Cliffs would probably be wise to sell on the market because holding FWR after Friday could be very risky if Noront announced 25% or more.
