Cliff's does nothing without dudilligence I would bet my bottom dollar on that and they did say that they shared info with FWR If they thought NOT cr was more economical then fwr they would be taking on NOT.

Cliffs believes FWR is economical right now to spend a great deal of time and money starting imediately
