Since the time that Noront posted their last and final offer i have been quite sure that they reached the basic 34% .

Now they are playing low taking in all the damaged goods coming from CFL waiting to strike the final blow which will put them over the magic 51% and in effect in control of FWR share holdings;

meaning :

1] goodbye Mac ,thanks for your effort ,we wish you a prosperous future .

2] we are here to stay and you have us to deal with Mr CEO of Cliffs co..
