For sure,if they can get it over the $3 mark and hold it we can then move to the next Chapter.NOT BOD cannot put out a newer bid after saying its the last,it will look bad on Wes and the Board.They are confident in what they are doing.They will wait till thursday,maybe Friday morning to put out the release on all the goods.

My bet is Thursday morning.
