Though I'm not a great admirer of the CEO and BOD , this latest NR is in my opinion one of the clearest, they've put out , on their position re the FWR offer. It will be interesting to see what Cliffs and FWR have to say in the Conference call.

For disclosure, the family tendered their FWR holdings this am to NOT.
