Message: Cliffs has to be concerned because...

You are right on. That's what I've been saying, we in the ROF are a little more sophisticated, as we live and breath ROF material, and we have some intelligent posters who keep us educated.

If there is a NR, it's probably an offer extension date combined with another retort to Cliffs, and hopefully an SP increase with reevaluation of offer price per share. Cliffs will have to respond if they want the Chromite?

As an FWR.V holder, would a further .15 increase sway me? $1.05? i'd start saying, hmm, that's getting there, but... Not.v stock is about to shoot upwards...so doubtful.

If I were a Cliffs institutional holder, how would I feel about all this "ROF stuff." Am I excited, am I nonplussed, as most investors really don't get chromite. And if they do, it's just starting to take on that "rare earth" enigma. I'm stretching this one, however chromite is used a lot more now in press articles. As a Cliffs shareholder, do the profits intimated (as there was doubt cast on actual profit) excite you? Does the share dillution bother you? How much higher offer could your Cliffs BOD go before you find something to cavil at?
