General Bumpf. Discussed tax issue. With CLF it is taxable, with NOT tax referred.

Basically, PR. CLF has the ability to bring Chrom to production, talking $800.000 mine, plant, furnace.

No strain on their direction with their other interests. Owners team ? no stretch to more forward.

Emphasis on Goliath, emphasis on David.
