the field is being littered with verbal debris which seems to be distracting the shareholders from the real issue..... that neither side is putting their money where their mouths are... except that NOT's sp is capable of more action than Cliff's seems to be. So now they try to pit shareholders against the "foe" to join with them when shareholders should be mindful that the offer is still the lame one that it was when first submitted. Don't be distracted by the mud slinging. Consider what is on the plate.
