Registered vs Beneficial Shareholders : Process for FWR Share Tendering

posted on Dec 07, 2009 11:12AM

Hello All,

I have just called the phone number listed on NOT's site for tendering my FWR shares.

"To tender your Freewest shares, please contact:
Laurel Hill at Laurel Hill Advisory Group
North American Toll Free Phone: 1-888-882-6742
"

They asked if I was a registered or beneficial shareholder, of which I am the latter. They were therefore unable to help me and I needed to go through my broker. I might not have time today to look into this - as work whips me wickedly - so I was wondering if someone who uses a broker (maybe TD waterhouse???) could tell me the procedure they went through, how long it took, and what information is required. I am away on business until January 1st and do not have access to my letter mail and documentation that is/has been getting sent to my permanent address. Will I need any of this information?

Thanks for your time,

WW
