I will read again attentively the CLF NR, but after the first read, it looks more like an enumeration of items based on speculation and desperation. Resembles much to the american way of negociating: crying loud and filling the room with half or not proven suppositions, gossip, and insulting attacks, while filing an administrative resourse at the same time... Just intended to shake the crowd... AMF decision may reject every allegations, who knows. But the shake may produce its effect...

Remember the Lumber Duties Fight a couple years ago? Same colour. Same language.

Don't be foul! FWR ground value is far more than CLF 90 cents offer. I think the near future will prove that. But letting US Cliffs take this groung in such an easy manner? No way! Tendering to NOT is still the best way to avoid this takeover. Hoping a White Knight to save the retail SH, or a big raise from CLF is near magic thinking.

CLF aggressive NR today is a clear proof that they think they could lose the battle. Some day we may all thank NOT's 34% blocking vote strategy. Genial move from David against Goliath. I certainly prefer a small but canadian team to lead the ROF plays, and not tendering is giving a sure bite of FWR @ 90 cents. Cliffs is probably supported by all actual shareholders but some retails. Think of it. My opinion. Sorry that this view may harm some of you guys.

I prefer to post here, I think my view is not welcomed on the board next door, and some of my messages have been removed (???).

BB.
