I've never posted here.

The only reason I read here about NOT is I own a slice and secondly. out of curiosity I read Hoov's comments as I'm a neighbor of his... 30 miles up Road 10.

No,. he doesn't want to know me. I would question though... Why.. he lives where he does... with so many other interesting Villages nearby. LOL !

I'm not proficient in all the conjecture that swirls around this site but for the life of me the comments about FWR value is nebulous.

Their product is of lesser worth and it will be at least 2016 thereabouts before they ever get hydro .

Let them go! They had a chance to upgrade and botched it.

CLF is a wonderful company that will do well but their pay-back via FWR will take a decade from now.
