Decision making time...

Hi Noronties

Thanks for most informative discussions re to "tender or not to tender"!

I've listened to this smart commentary, and finally know the best deal for me... Definitely tender my FWR shares to NOT.

I especially like the prospect of remaining invested in the ROF via the warrants offered by NOT, and also NOT's explosive potential as it continues to drill, drill, drill. The warrants could become quite valuable indeed. Also, the rollover of shares into NOT, prevents my having to pay a hefty tax bill!

Recent press releases indicate that Wes seems to be in excellent control of NOT's agenda for future progress. I'm feeling more and more confident that he will be well seasoned and wise enough to deal with the sharks that will appear when one of the Majors makes a bid for us. We will then need all the smarts we can muster! And that time is getting much closer...(hello Xstrata!)

BTW, I had the greatest pleasure in having lunch with HOOV down here in Ft. Myers several days ago. As we all know, he is a sterling character, so full of wisdom, kindness and humour. A privilege to know this man. Also, joining us was ever so knowledgable, Sudbuy Novice. Again, absolute quality, and a pleasure to encounter.

Can't wait for next week. It's going to be phenomenal I think.

cheers,

Jacki
