I was just thinking that Mac and his crowd did not want to come to the table for a friendly merger with NOT and NOT has been quite adamant that the FWR BoD wouldn't get the golden parachute at the end of the takeover process (assuming NOT wins).

Now I wonder if that is a messsage to the BoD's of KWG, PRB, SPQ and possibly others that it much better to be friendly to NOT than to be unfriendly. JMHO.
