FWIW...to tender my shares I had to call my broker. I did this last week after the first NOT offer, before the most recent NOT offer. I then called again today to find out the status of my shares. My broker said that my shares have now been rescinded back to me, and that I would have to re-tender them if I wanted the new NOT offer.

I hope this helps anyone who has any questions. I would imagine all brokers are the same, but one never knows.
