I must make a correction but I like where your post headed regardless - that of future money coming into Noront at a $4.00 strike price (rather than .80 cents or $2.80)
The Noront offers is as follows:
two of its shares and a five-year purchase warrant (with a three-year strike price of $4) for every seven Freewest shares."
So there is one warrant per 7 FWR shares. With approx. 220 M Freewest shares outstanding, that represents about 31.5 million warrants or $126M.
Still a nice chunk of change to begin development with. Smart move on Wes' part.
