Eventually NOT will be in the same situation as FWR is today...being sought after by a Major! And it will be exciting and tense for all. I know that there have been offers in the past, and a number of confidentiality agreements signed when Richard was there. Most assuredly the Majors are watching carefully.

Does anyone know if NOT has a "poison pill" drawn up, just in case there's a premature unsolicited bid for NOT? I recall Richard mentioned something about shareholder rights protection.

Things are speeding up in the ROF. A bid by a Major for NOT or NOT/FWR could come out of the blue. I personally think that Wes may have a Major supporting him in his back pocket right now, but that doesn't preclude another Major from expressing interest in us.
