1. I make a lousey day trader, my strategy to flip not on monday morning after a blockbuster news release didn't work, i expected great assays before the other offer. I'll just hold tight from now on

2. Mac's comments about Noront diluting thier share base makes me laugh ( he has 30% more shares then not and then does a PP to give away more shares..

3. He gives those shares away at 60 cents when the price today is 80 cents.......not very smart

4. The fwr insiders all get CASH for thier options not a share exchange....sweet

5. cliffs will offer more, how much I am not sure but I am sure that NOT will come back again with a FINAL offer, the difference this time will be a ROF deal only and will keep the true FWR diehards happy.

6. If we do get this "all in" I think Windfall will go to Eaglehill and I'll be throwing some money at that to protect my interests.

I hold both NOT and FWR and some others in the ROF, right now I am interested in the best return for my dollar, I don't believe that MAC is acting in my best interests.
