Freewest Announces Increase in Purchase Price to $0.90 Per Share for Acquisition by Cliffs Natural Resources Inc.

So CLF is buying what would have been new FWR for .02 above market ( .08) (CLF said shareholders could keep it at .15 in previous offer). Looks like NOT will get control with this; NOT and CLF will talk.
