Where do you come up with the number 4.50? I would be surprised if NOT was doing all of the work they are for 4.50, particularly when there are those that seem to imply that NOT has been offered much more than that and has turned it down. We know that R.N. turned down at least 5 long ago before we had anything close to what we have now in resource.
