I wonder if we'll see ever a honest offer from one side or the other without any smoke.

What we get now is one offer of 55 cents and smoke and another offer 66 cents with

smoke. Maybe there is somewhere somebody really believing in the 15 cents value of the freewest left over or 20 cents value of $4 warrant for 7 shares but I believe the majority
