Thank you for the time and effort you put into your 'musings'. Hard to disagree and argue with your well thought out points. I hope here will be more readers of your post than the current number of Green Thumbs.
Here are my two cents worth to the Chess game:
NOT (Wes) may hope to get a majority tendered, but will be quite satisfied to get control of enough FWR shares to be able to, alone or with some help (Pinetree??), be able to block any CLF deal. That would force the three parties to negotiate. CLF wants the chromite, FWR (Mac) wants money and maybe chase non RoF projects, and NOT wants road, rail, infrastructure, and drilling money to develop the potential of the RoF. I would love to be in on this one for a Win/Win.
Let's see how this really plays out. Deke
