Smooth, very smooth, good head guy. The only thing I found peculiar was when he said they hadn't studied the details of the Cliffs' offer (I think it was the Cliff's offer and not the private placement), rather he said NOT wanted to respond quickly. One would think in responding, quickly or not, that one would want to have studied all aspects possible of the offer.

At any rate, I liked the share price action today.
