I'm thinking that we will not see any material release to make our S/P rocket upwards until we see what Cliff's is now prepared to do.

If the BoD does in fact have barnburner news, would it be prudent to release it now and effectively allow Cliff's to table an offer that trumps our heightened S/P offer or would they be better suited to let Cliff's table an offer that is better than ours and then release results to trump their offer.
