No surprise here...

So the verbal feud still goes on and I repeat: People only learn from that which they believe to be true, therefore trying to convince most people otherwise is a waste of time. I doubt that 200 people visiting this site would hold enough shares to have a significant enough affect on voting, yet a number of people spend time arguing points as though they hold the flag on a "once more into the breach" attack. I think what becomes more clear with continued posting is not so much what is going on with the companies, but what is going on in people's psyche, which has less to do with investments than it does with an individual's state of mind. To make the assumption that everyone is operating with all cylinders on these forums would be naive. Having been in positions to have received privileged information, I can tell you that the person you might see on the other side of the counter, or read from the other side of the post may not be all that you think they are, to be subtle. Numbers of people use blog sites for surrogate relationships and achieve a certain sense of self by their perceived ability to control, manipulate or influence for better or worse. It's not all bad, but motivations are important for understanding what the information you read means and therefore it's value. There is so much emotional biasing in many of the posts that it can be difficult to extract from these what are the most expedient actions to take, however, has it ever been any different where people are concerned?

200 posters may not be enough to make a serious dent in voting percentages, regardless of how awe inspiring some think their holdings are, but it could certainly provide some cheap shares for some day or swing traders who could certainly start some of their own little stampedes on these forums. It's not always the boogie man..... though we know he exists.

Just my opinions folks.
