My aching head

Am I being silly. I don't mind giving my FWR shares to NOT if they win because I think NOT has the best deal on the table and there is still lots of potential for gain in FWR's assets within NOT. But what if NOT doesn't win - then NOT has my shares and presumably will make the little bit of extra graft by selling them eventually to Cliffs. And what if there is another offer from a fourth party in the meantime - the deal with Cliffs doesn't close until sometime in January. I'd kind of like to know that NOT was going to win before I tendered my shares to them but if everybody thinks like me, then they won't get enough shares to win. Is this a conundrum? My aching head. Here's hoping for something new that makes the decision easy. Where is that easy button? JMHO.
