IMHO Pinetree would not buy shares in freewest only to get Cliff shares. Pinetree would realize the value of a combined NOT/FREEWEST. (ie 1+1=3) and all the future blue sky. They like to make the 5 and 10 baggers the juniors like NOT have a chance to make.

I think this was a timely news release to let Cliffs know they don't have the 66.6% they need sewn up.

I also bet there are several more releases that are orchastrated to get NOT the 66.6% they need.
