Taking this into account, I think that Pinetree aquired these shares to tender to NOT. Aferall they are in the Small Cap Market, and Cliffs is not a small cap company. Doesn't fit their own stated investment profile if they end up with Cliffs shares.

Am I missing something here? Pretty sure that Pinetree is accumulating FWR to try and get the NOT/FWR takeover through.
