FWR and accurate record keeping

Got the call tonight on behalf of FWR asking me not to tender my shares of FWR to the NOT offer.

They spoke highly of the CLFs deal.

Told them I would never vote for that deal. Took the opportunity to speak favourably about the NOT offer, although I shared my concern that NOT had offered too much.

Had a nice chat for around five minutes.

In fact, I sold all of my FWR shares over two weeks ago at .48. Purchased NOT at $1.60 with the proceeds.

Must say I was never interested in funding MACs golden parachute.

Just some random thoughts from a long time NOT holder while we wait for the final act.
