Sorry I didn't spend a little more time reading the NR. Been busy with Yr End.

I just looked at the NR and thought that Mac and CLF are doing whatever they can to stop NOT from taking over. They seem to be pulling out all stops. I wonder if it's due to their thinking of true SH value or is it more something to do with the retirement fund? It is beginning to look like the latter, which is really unfortunate and in my mind would be very telling of the BoD's true intentions. This was all getting interesting but now I am getting a sour feeling in my stomach.
