I called JJ today and I asked her if we could expect a news release soon and she said, "I cannot say one way or the other, I have no information to release at this time".

I then asked if she had any feedback on the Cliff offer, and she said, "I have no information to release at this time, our BOD and our legal department are going over the offer".

I then asked her if they were upbeat and had a positive feeling about the Cliff offer, and again she said, "I have no information to release at this time".

I could tell she was under strict orders not to release any information and maybe someone else can try tomorrow and see what they can get out of her.
