You are so right in this comment. The only controversy here is from the FWR hub, and some here, where it was believed this offer from Cliffs was going to be untouchable by NOT. Instead, Cliffs makes an offer that many on both hubs believe is at best only equal to NOT's offer. In fact Cliffs offer is making it difficult to go for either deal.
