The Dream...

Ahhh, Canada, yes, our friendly, albeit rather stupid neighbors to the north. The home to such a vast array of natural resources that the world needs. Yes, they are so nice they don’t mind the rest of the world taking control of these wonderful resources for a pittance and exploiting them for massive gains.

I wonder when we, as a nation, as Canadians, as shareholders, will realize that once our precious resources are all divided up amongst the exploiters of the world, that we will eventually have nothing left. That we have squandered our vast wealth. That we will leave no legacy to our future generations. That the rest of the world controls our destiny.

I realize that NOT and FWR are but tiny little companies in the barren far north of Canada. I bought into these tiny Canadian companies with the hope and dreams that one day they would find great treasures and they did. Part of that dream included this being the next great Canadian mining district. Well, guess what? The treasures are not even unburied yet and they are already trying to steal this dream. Can we not have anything of value left in Canadian hands? If you must dilute ownership, why does it have to be 100%? Why can’t we share with our worldly neighbors but keep the majority of ownership in Canada?

So, Mac and Wes, if you read these boards, I ask of you; “Can you get together and work things out?” Let’s make this the next great Canadian mining district. Let’s keep the dream alive. Let’s leave something for our children and their children to take pride in. Let’s leave a legacy, a Canadian legacy.
