Hoov, tax issues ??

You posted a great summary about the tax implications for FWR holders interested in the NOT deal. I particularly like the idea of claiming no capital gain now but rather use that gain on FWR to reduce my ACB of NOT.

Do you see any technical difference with the CLF deal that might force me to claim some gain now or from a tax point of view are they identical?
