Here is FWR BOD saying they are unanimous for the deal and recommend it to the investors. Then there is Cliffs on the wires saying that they "have" bought FWR.... which isn't the case yet.

It appears that both of these groups want everyone to think this is going through. Do they have the votes sewn up.... or is there another motive. Up to this point people have been careful to be accurate about the NRs.....now inaccurate statements are being bandied about with great enthusiasm minus the small details like.... who has to vote for this thing yet. Is this an orchestrated wake-up call?
