Herb, I am with you all the way, after we get that little discrepancy i like to call Relative Value out of the way.

Sure, the chromite is extremely valuable. Yup, Not has good assets too. How about a Merger, based on gross in-ground value of the two companies' resources? That way the merged company would reap all those incredible returns from the Eagle 1a,b, and c deposits and also from the chromite on both companies' ground.
