Assuming that NOT does not have backer,I think that they could still go it alone.....All they have to do is get NOT's share price in the $ 4.00 range...FWR is then around a buck...Increase the number of BOD from 8 to 10 and give Mac 2 seats...Then we become one happy family...BTW I do believe that NOT does have a Sugar Daddy..Since I own both NOT & FWR I will just sit back and see how this plays out in the coming weeks......Regards..R R
