I guess this makes it official that the RoF will be Canada's next major mining district. We should all be rejoicing!! This shot by Cliff's will be heard around the world and if NOT's offer did not wake up the real Major's, the Cliff's will. This deal will be very good for NOT's SP as it will be clear to everyone how serious this play is now.

I still believe that the NOT deal offers more upside than the FWR deal and NOT may need to consider the offer I said just a few hours ago were they let Mac retain his company less the RoF assets. With another offer on the table, the 5-1 ratio may not be possible now and may have to be upgraded to 4-1. However I still believe the upside potential with NOT offers much more than the Cliff's offer as NOT's price can do a 10 bagger from here where as Cliff's would do well to have 3 bagger from here.

It will be interesting to see how the big shareholders of FWR react to this.
