I guess that's why i suspect most FWR.V holders are hoping for cash payout.
then they can make their choice which company to buy. the real question, is what does Mr. Watson want? Does he want to become part of next company. Does he want cash to keep exploring. What's he really negotiating for? If he had a choice between say .80 cash or value of .85 stock in another company, which would he choose? And if NOT.V decided they wanted to not dilute their shares, and wanted to borrow cash, and if they offered FWR.V cash instead of shares of NOT.V would that sway fence sitters who don't trust NOT.V BOD?

look at the trading numbers for the day interesting that FWR traded at 50.3 % of NOT's volume. Looking for manipulation??
